Responsible for interfacing with research and advanced engineering teams to bring new concepts into production.

Collaborates with a team of cross-functional domain experts for developing autonomous vehicle connectivity engineering strategy.

Collaborates with a team of experts in Vehicle Electronics Integration, Spectrum of connectivity channels, cloud based application systems and mobile applications integration in defining the requirements and specifications for autonomous vehicles development.

Responsible for developing complex technical specifications at vehicle sub-system level and correlating with ecosystem level architecture specifications.

Responsible for engineering efficient autonomous vehicle features that integrate multiple subsystems. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and present architecture options to a large set of stakeholders and gain cross functional alignment.


Basic Requirements:


BS Engineering discipline in Computer Sciences Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or other Engineering disciplines with relevant experience. 4+ years of experience in the field of engineering or product development


Preferred Qualifications:


Masters Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Masters in Engineering Management or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience with embedded component design, CAN Bus architecture, diagnostics and interoperability of embedded device messaging.

Experience analyzing system failure points, evaluating pros and cons of solution proposals including conducting high level FMAs and FMEAs.

Experience identifying solutions, that leverage existing systems and assets, with creative solution definition methodology and focus on end to end lifecycle of the product/feature is required.

Experience with interoperability techniques and standards in in-vehicle embedded systems
